Crafty Syntax Live Help Mobile version:
The Mobile version was designed for existing Crafty Syntax Live Help operators to now have the ablity to provide live help from their mobile phone . Simply download the new mobile version and upload all of the files over your existing installation on your server EXCEPT the file named config.php and then open the program on your phones web browser and your DONE! ( see Directions for more info.
Using the new mobile cell phone text option you can also have text messages sent to your phone when a chat request has come in as well as use the auto invite feature to auto invite visitors to chat .
Note: This is a Moble web application NOT an iphone application (although one is in the works) ANY mobile phone that can pull up a webpage can pull up this application.. HOWEVER you need to be able to upload the application to your website and have it installed there.. Also this is NOT a hosted solution (although one of thoes is in the works as well) This upgrade is designed for existing customers to expand their installed version of crafty syntax onto their mobile phones.

After you have downloaded the application installation on your website is very easy. If you currently have an existing installation of Crafty Ssyntax Live help on your server all you do is upload ALL the files EXCEPT config.php from the downloaded source files over your existing installation. Thats it! If you do not currently have an installation you will need to upload all the files and provide the setup information on the installation wizard that will show when you first open the website in a web browser.
Directions on Using Mobile Crafty Syntax:
When you first open the application it is highly recommended you click on the settings icon and select enable auto invite as well as enter in your cell phones e-mail address.. for at&t phones this would be your 10 digit phone number followed by @txt.att.net .
When a chat request comes in click on the requests tab on the top of the screen to answer the chat and you will be then directed to the chat screen .. You will be able to chat with multiple people at the same time each chat is color coded and each person you are talking to can only see what you are typing to them not what you type to the other people. Crafty Syntax live help is the only live help applciation that has a color coded chat room like interface where the operator can see all the different chats all on the same screen with each chat "channel" having a different color background..
