HELP: Unable to GENERATE HTML

When I click on GENERATE HTML under Departments nothing happens. I get a blank screen. Weird.

Can someone simple send me the html code I am supposed to insert on my page to create the support banner for on or offline support.

You should view PHP error log, have display_errors flag on, and if you want put some print flags then you can track where is the error.
