sorry. my english is not so good.
I start use livehelp system with UTF8 and russian language of messages.
And i can't find any cyrillic characters in history window and in the database.
Database contains strings as "ÐÑРпрÐÐÐÑ€ÐÐ"
And when printing this text can't convert to original "проерка еще раз"
For fix this "problem" i comment part of function filter_html in security_functions.php.
From " ///.. ISO 8859-1 Symbol Entities " to
" $what = str_replace("‚" , "‚" , $what ); "
And now it's work. |

| I'm on version 2.16.8 and it seems that the bug is not fixed entirely.My language is bulgarian and the characters at the chat window are still ?????????????????? <- like that |

| Same here i tried windows-1250, utf-8 and iso-8859-2 that are usual for my language (Croatian). I'm on new version 2.16.8 and stil getting ?????? (question marks) instead of ... let's see if it goes here... đšćžč ŠĐČĆŽ |
