I installed the Livehelp package on a web page here:
It seems to be working OK when the admin is offline, which really doesn't help much. When I issue an invite or when the user initiates a chat, I guess the LiveChat scripts send data to the users browser and that breaks some of the jQuery code or other code on the page.
I have a last Minute deals buttton at the top of the page. When the page first loads and no LiveChat data is received from the server yet the button works fine and pops up a Jquery UI dialog window with a display of hot properties. After data is received from LiveHelp, either an invite or a refresh, it seems to break that button.
Wondering if anyone has had that problem. I was thinking of maybe trying to put the LiveHelp script in an iframe or embed it as an object (haven't done that yet). |
